Hold a meeting

To make this process as easy as possible we’ve developed toolkits for you to use.
Town Hall: A larger community meeting with panelists and community discussion.
House Meeting: A smaller meeting that can act as a round table discussion or an informal brainstorm session.

Help your community be heard in Washington.

We want to amplify your voice, your vision for the future of transportation. To develop your community’s vision, hold a town hall or a simple house meeting in your community using the Transportation for America toolkit.

You could hold a small, informal house meeting with some friends or neighbors, or you could join up with a local campaign partner, invite your mayor or other elected officials, and organize a town hall meeting.

If you’re part of a larger organization, host a traditional town hall. If you want to keep the setting smaller, host a house meeting with key neighbors and activists. By holding a meeting in your community you can develop a vision for the future of transportation, strengthen relationships with elected officials, and help extend Transportation for America all across the country into communities large and small.
